In this group I use Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) help you acquire the skills you need for self-discovery and healing. Sometimes we find ourselves in a space where we are overwhelmed by thoughts, emotions and behaviours. DBT can help you learn to manage your intense emotions and help you to fully be present without judgement. Combining mindful awareness and problem-solving skills provide the tools for emotion management.
